In creating this blog I decided on the name Jasper, because of the many variations of color and form that are found in the mineral. I think that Jasper is beautifully unusual and correlates nicely with music. Both forms are ever changing and can be both rare and common. For my blogging purposes Jasper can be redefined as a realm of musicality made with an undefined infinite genre. I hope to serve music enthusiasts by introducing some of my favorite artists and treasured discoveries.
